            How fast do orders ship, and what does shipping cost?

            Every item is made to order, so production takes 1 to 3 business days, or 2 to 4 for personalized designs. Delivery inside the US then takes 4 to 11 business days, and you get a tracking link as soon as the parcel moves.

            What is the return policy?

            You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Personalized cases are made to the text or artwork you supply and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty, so check the model and the spelling before you save your design.             What does the exact-fit guarantee cover?

            Every case is cut for one specific model rather than a size band, so the cutouts line up with the camera housing, ports and buttons on your device. That matters most on iPhone, where the Pro and non-Pro of the same generation take different cases. If what arrives does not fit the model you ordered it for, we replace it and cover the return shipping.

            What are the cases made of?

            Phone cases are a rigid polycarbonate shell over a cushioned TPU liner, with a magnet ring built in across the MagSafe range. Folio covers for iPad and Kindle use vegan leather over a soft shell. Desk mats come in felt, leather and coated fabric with a non-slip base and stitched edges.

            Can I personalize a case?

            Yes. Add a name, initials or your own artwork to phone cases, laptop sleeves and desk mats. Personalization is printed or debossed into the design in the same pass, so there is no foil to lift or flake. Add one to two business days to production.
