The Daily Layers is a trade name of Boshuis Producties. Boshuis Producties is the seller and your counterparty for every order placed on this website.
What we sell and how it is made
We design cases and desk accessories for phones, tablets, e-readers, headphones and laptops. Nothing is held in stock: every item is printed and assembled to order by our production partners, and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address. Because of that, order changes and cancellations are only possible before production starts. See our Refund Policy for what this means for returns and cancellations.
Compatibility and trademarks
Our products are accessories designed to fit specific devices. Apple, iPhone, iPad, AirPods, AirTag and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc. Kindle and Paperwhite are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. Samsung and Galaxy are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. We use these names only to describe which device a product fits. The Daily Layers and Boshuis Producties are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple, Amazon, Samsung or any other device manufacturer, and the devices themselves are never included with our products.
Our designs
All artwork, prints, photography, product images and website text on thedailylayers.com are owned by Boshuis Producties or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to the design on it.
Prices, taxes and duties
Prices are shown in the currency selected in our store and are stated per item. Any applicable VAT, sales tax, customs duties or import charges are calculated according to your delivery address and shown at checkout where we are able to collect them. Where duties are not collected at checkout, they may be charged by the carrier or customs authority on delivery and are payable by you.
Your rights as a consumer
If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights always apply in addition to our policies, and nothing in our policies limits them. Within the European Union this includes the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days (with the exception of personalised items made to your specification) and the statutory right to a product that conforms to the contract. Our Refund Policy explains how to use these rights in practice.

Please email us first at contact@thedailylayers.com. We aim to answer within 2 business days and to resolve complaints within 14 days. If we cannot solve it together and you live in the EU, you can ask the European Consumer Centre in your country for free advice on cross-border purchases.
Accuracy of this website
We keep product information, prices and availability as accurate as we can, but errors can occur. We may correct errors, update information and withdraw products at any time. Colours on screen can differ from the printed result depending on your display.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to this website and to every agreement concluded through it. If you buy as a consumer resident in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country of residence.
