Uploads work best as PNG or JPG at 300 dpi or higher. If your file is too low-resolution to print well, we will email you before we start rather than print something blurry.

Personalised items add roughly one working day to production. They cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or the print is faulty.

Care

Clean with a soft damp cotton or microfibre cloth, with a drop of dish soap if needed.

Keep away from alcohol-based liquids, hand cream and sunscreen — they can lift the print. Avoid long spells in direct sunlight to prevent yellowing, and keep it out of excessive heat.
