Uploads work best as PNG or JPG at 300 dpi or higher. If your file is too low-resolution to print well, we will email you before we start rather than print something blurry.

Personalised items add roughly one working day to production. They cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or the print is faulty.

A wallet case is thicker than a regular case because of the cover and pockets.

Wipe with a soft, damp cotton or microfibre cloth. Do not use chemicals.

Keep it away from oil, make-up and long spells in direct sunlight.
